How To Check Laptop / PC Hardware ID ?

1) What is Hardware ID???
    Ans : It's the Hardware Identification Number.
             It's unique and specific for that model only.

2) Why should we even bother to check the hardware ID???
     Ans : Because, Hardware ID can determine which
     driver we need to install in order to make that
     hardware running.

How to check??? 

Note: This guide is made under Windows 7 OS. Should be the same with Win XP OS.

Procedure
Open Device Manager (Windows Button + R) then type "devmgmt.msc" and press Enter. You should see Device Manager Windows as shown below.
