If you encounter failure in the process of installing Audio/Sound Driver please,

1) Install MS-UAA first:

    Windows XP SP2:

    Download  (SP33867.exe) - Acer Download Server

    Download (KB888111) - Mediafire Links

Note :  ms-uaa sp33867 and kb888111 are similar files.

Windows XP SP3:

Download (KB835221)

Note : Don't forget to install dotNetFramework 3.5 before you install Chipset Driver.
